The orange habanero is about an inch long and is shaped sort of like a lantern. They are a hot pepper that also has a full fruity flavor. They are about 40 times hotter than a jalapeno pepper. They are light green, thin and crinkled but mature to a nice bright orange-red color.
These habanero peppers are now very common in Sothern California and are available across the US.
