Please let us know the pepper quantity, pepper variety, specifications, sterilization method, and anticipated delivery schedule.  If you are not sure about the specs,  please contact us to discuss more information about your project.  We will use our experience and resources to suggest you  the right pepper strain and formula for your project.

We offering a custom supply plan according to your project needs. You choose the processing parameters-vinegar %, salt %, acetic acid, etc

• Pasteurized pepper mash, pepper puree or pepper paste.
• Fermented pepper mash, pepper puree or pepper paste.
• Dried chili flakes, chili powder, dried whole pepper pods, pepper rings, or custom mesh size per your request.
• Smoked peppers in mash or dried form.

We can pack your order in the “ready to sell” retail package (spice jars, bags, grinders, pouches, bottles,  cans, etc.) of your choice or we can custom package bulk products to your exacting specifications. Private label is available.

Pepper Mash products come packaged in a variety of sizes: 1 gallon jug, 5 gallon pail, 55 gallon drum, 275 gallon tote or 6,000 gallon hog.
