Antep Aci Dolma

The Antep Aci Dolma is a large, red bell pepper hybrid that can grow to the size of a small melon, and is is very sweet, rich and spicy.  However,  the heat isn’t the main attraction of the Antep Aci Dolma.  This pepper is regarded as one of the most flavorsome peppers, worldwide. The high sugar content gives this pepper a very sweet and aromatic tang.

The Antep sautees well, adding rich, noticeable Mediterranean flavor to any dish.  The Antep Aci Dolma hybrid was created in Ankara, the capital of Turkey, by an agricultural university.
